She is mostly know as the ghost of the night, as she never shows herself during daylight and saunters around in the middle of the night.
Many people have tried to speak with her, but she always runs away from anyone she doesn't know who comes near her.
Her voice is high and can chime.Her chime usually makes people drowsy or pass out.
Though many people have failed at becoming her friend, some have succeded, but still don't see her much as she is always locked in her house, until dark and then hides from anyone she see's.
Her name represent 'The sound of a blue moon'.
